“Mum was so happy at Twin Oaks; it gave us great comfort knowing that she felt comfortable there and cared for during her 4 years at the home. She loved the company and made many friends, so she wasn’t left feeling alone in her older years. 

During mum’s end of life care we were fully involved and informed of all decisions, this felt so reassuring to us and mum’s comfort was always the first thought.”

“Twin Oaks were fantastic with dad, he struggled to settle at other homes and was in and out of hospital frequently. After a rocky start he settled at Twin Oaks and even managed to socialize with the residents on his floor. He enjoyed the food hugely, with it being home cooked and fresh on the day it reminded him of being at home with us. 

I’d like to thank all the staff, management and catering team, no problem was too big or small, and I think dad felt respected which went a long way with him.”
